    Last week I tried to purchase Enfold but client’s card rejected the purchase and then the account was locked and now it seems that I (maybe my IP?) is blacklisted and I cannot purchase Enfold. The credit card issue supposedly was rectified by the client. Tried under two different emails and two different browsers but when I enter card details it just says the account is locked and I really need to get going on this project. Can you help? I use your theme ALL the time. Very frustrated.

    Unfortunately, we do not handle sales inquiries or anything related to theme purchases here. We recommend reaching out to Themeforest support to address the issue with your card. It might also be wise to consult your bank in this situation. Have you attempted to purchase a theme using a different network or connection?
