Hello,
I have contacted my security provider Sucuri Inc. and also my website host, Web Hosting Hub. Sucuri has originally told me to ask my web host to hide or remove the coding on the “home page” and on the “contact us” page but they were unable to do so. We tried reloading the theme and this is still the error that we receive. Also the logo should be further to the left and is blocking the navigation buttons on the top of the page. I am not sure how to fix this as I am not super tech savvy.
Please let me know if there is another you can do, and if you can tell if this is an error in the theme. This theme was working for us last week prior to a security breach.
February 26, 2015 at 8:03 am #402496Hi dclgrp!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Try to increase the Max Container Width on Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions panel to 1310px. This will give you enough space to contain the logo and the menu. Regarding the code issue, looks like it is coming from the layer slider plugin. If possible, try to deactivate all plugins then test it again.
Cheers!
IsmaelFebruary 26, 2015 at 4:07 pm #402748Hey Ismael,
I increased the dimensions panel to 1310px and the logo still was overlapping with the navigation pane. I increased to 1510px and this is fine for when the webpage is maximized but if I don’t have the page open to the full computer window size the logo overlaps again. If I go to my plugins in my Dashboard I do not see the Layer Slider Plugin to deactivate, but I do see the Layer Slider plugin in the left panel of my dashboard. I don’t see the option to deactivate this plugin… In addition this plugin is used throughout our entire site and we have never had an issue between Enfold and this PLugin before so I don’t want to have to remove all of our slider content… If it is the Plugin do I have to get in touch with the developers of the Plugin?Thanks.
February 27, 2015 at 8:54 pm #403643Hi!
what Ismael wanted to say: Deactivate all plugins. The layerslider is build inside of Enfold, so it’s not used as a plugin. Just deactivate all other plugins to make sure none is causing any conflict.
Your logo and/or your menu panel is just way too big. So one thing you could do is to make the logo smaller. If this is what you want then use this code to control logo’s width:
div .logo { width: 16%; }
and adjust as needed. If this does not satisfy you please let us know what exactly you want to change. You can show us a mockup/screenshot of what you want to achieve using imgur.com.
Cheers!
