Theme Error and won't load past preloader

Hello,

I’ve been doing updates for a client’s website, updating the to the latest WordPress core, plugins, and trying to update the theme. Currently it says I’m on version 3.5.4, doesn’t show the latest release as an option to update. I tried doing a manual update via FTP with the latest files from Themeforest, but it didn’t take and the site didn’t work, so I reverted to my backup.

When I first started the updates, this the debug error that WordPress gave me:

I suspect the error above is due to the lack of theme update…but I can’t figure out how to get past it now. Please help! :)
