    Hello,

    I’m making a portfolio site but when I upload some images en put them in a slider or imagesbox it doesn’t show up on the website. Text have the same problems, only the titles will show up. How can i solve this problem?

    Can you please post the link to your website?
    Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 3.6.1 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hello Yigit,

    The theme says: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.5). So i think that is the problem.

    Hi,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Hey Yigit,

    There are currently 0 transients (0 records) in the database. So this means I have to update the theme manually?

    Hi!

    Yes, Amy, it seems like you are going to need to update the theme manually this time. Envato had a little glitch a while ago with their API. Issue might be related and updating the theme manually should help
