    I’m rebuilding a site using Enfold and the client liked the Travel Demo site they saw when purchasing the theme however, when we setup the theme on our in-house MAMP development server images for the demo do not import. Can you tell us what the problem is here and how we can remedy it?

    It’s difficult to say since we can’t see the error. Maybe you could try to import the demo manually instead? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-

    This does not help. We did this and all the included images are missing.

    Hi perihelionweb,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I can’t grant you access to our in-house development server.

    However, we imported another demo and it worked perfectly, so we think there is something wrong with the import for the Travel Demo and its files. We’re going to try a clean install of everything and see if that solves it.

    We still cannot import the Travel demo. We set up a fresh install on our live server. Import keeps failing. We have all the required components installed and the demo import fails.

    Importing fails on images, but everything else has already been imported.
