Hi,

Thanks, working now. Could you try deleting everything under posts/pages/media and then try to import again please? You can also try a plugin like this to reset your installation: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

Hi,

Please check if the “upload_tmp_dir” php directive is set correctly. You can ask your hosting provider to configure the settings.

I have tried this and still its not working,

I have given my private details and still so help is been offered it took 4 days for me to get a response which is unusual from your team

Hey!

Please ask your hosting provider to increase the size of php memory limit to 256M and then give it a try.
That will most probably solve any issue.
