    I’ve seen this issue in the forum but there has been no response as to how to fix it. I’ve updated all plugins, the theme, and the latest version of WP. When I click on theme options in the top menu, none of the options below it are available and there is no sidebar to those options in the theme options dashboard. Need help!

    Hey jolynndeal,

    Thanks for the login details. The theme options on your site are showing fine on my end, please try using a different browser, or an incognito/private window in your current browser.

    Hello,
    same problem here, different browsers, different machines, privacy on/off: No Enfold Dashboard sidebar.

    Plus: No activity when choosing the option from the top menu bar.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey @hundianer,

    You are currently using an older version of the theme, 4.5.3. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.6.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and that should help :)

    Updating was my 1st intention, but i´m using a child theme and an update option is not displayed in the dashboard. Sorry, i´m not good at this…

    You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert your Personal Token in Enfold child theme options to receive auto updates :)

    I have updated the theme for you. You have API keys in Enfold theme options which are deprecated so please replace them with Personal Token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token :)

    I’m having the same issue. I have a current token for the site, and can’t access the update section to verify from the site,

    I updated the theme this morning.

    I have no access to any of the options nor will the pages come up in the editor.

    Using Enfold child as well

    I’m having this same issue. I can’t tell what version of Enfold I’m using and there’s no option to update. I’ve created the personal token but where do I insert that?

    You seem to forgot to attach a link of your website :)
    Issue was caused by older version of the theme most likely, so please try to update the theme to the latest version 4.7.6.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/

    Hello Yigit,

    I’m not able to update. via the dashboard or the theme options. There’s no button or notification (sidebar is blank) that says I need to update. Although I can see that I’m running Enfold 4.5.7 and Enfold child 3.0.8. And you said there’s a newer version of the theme. Please advise.

    Hi @iveyeng,

    Your Personal Token was inserted but was not verified in Enfold theme options so I went there and verified it. Then, I updated the theme to the latest version and cleared cache.

    Please make sure you have flushed cache.
