Hi, unexpected error happened with enfold theme. The error doesn’t appear with twenty twenty. When activating the “WPB Product Size Charts for WooCommerce” and trying to open a product with variations I’m getting 500 error and the page doesn’t load. From the server side I’m getting this error.

As I mentioned this error doesn’t happened when we have the other theme.
I’ve tried to contact with the variation swatches plugin support – Still waiting for an answer.

Hey Petros,
Our support is limited when it comes to debugging third party plugins unfortunately, and the theme cannot be compatible with all plugins. Did you try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and the plugin in question? Did you try changing PHP versions? Did you remove all custom code, if there is any?

Yeah I tried different ways and it seems that this plugin causes the error. But I understand that you cannot do anything when it comes to third party plugins.

yes this what I’m thinking to do.. But I haven’t try anything yet. Although I cover full the requirements for this plugin.. that’s super strange.. Do you think that css could cause this issue ?

I have the same problem with the plugin. The error comes from the base/free version. When it goes through the product detail view, the plugin does not check if it is a $product variable is not false and tries count(false) or tries to false->get_children().
I have contacted them, but they “wash their hands” of the problem and say it’s Enfold theme because it doesn’t happen with Storefront.
It’s a PHP problem, of course.
I have the purchased version of this plugin and I would like to use it as my website is in Enfold. I will try to update the information to see if they can fix it.
