    dear kriesi-support,

    everytime I add a picture to a site (by avia) and hit save it DELETES the stuff i created before! I tried the following: delete and recreate the site, reinstall the theme, reinstall wordpress with new Database.

    I added an admin account for you.
    try this: create a site and add any stuff. save that. and a picture and save that again.

    thank you in advance – i really need to work on this site and I’m freaking out!

    Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    I contacted my provider and they checked the log/error files etc. There is no error about the php memory (my webhosting package delivers 96MB).

    So there must be another problem with the theme/wordpress/ what so ever.

    PS: I also tried a different macbook – still the same problem.

    96MB is pretty low for a theme like Enfold, is there anyway you can increase the memory limit?
