I just started working at COMO last week and got noticed, that the homepage is a bit outdated. So I started to update plugins an theme as usual. Now neither the backend nor the page are available. When I check the log-file I get this message:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/web255.c20.webspace-verkauf.de/httpdocs/schleppmaxxe.de/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/google_maps/google_maps.php on line 489, referer: http://www.schubmaxxe.de/
is there any chance to avoid using an way to old backup?
thanks in advance
Florian
Hi Florian,
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version to preferably 7.x. Issue seems to occur on servers running PHP version older than 5.6.
If you have any other questions or issues, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum :)
