Hello!
I just bought enfold (great theme) and tested with the plugin Theme-Check. Wau there is a lot of warnings. Do I have to worry about speed and functionality?
I´m on WordPress 4

It should have no issues with WordPress 4.0. I don’t think Kriesi has run the theme through that specific plugin but it has private security and code audits.

DevinSeptember 16, 2014 at 1:06 am #319513Hi There,
I just updated to WP4 and my theme doesn’t work anymore! Specifically, in the Enfold menu options, the menu that should appear down the left side of that screen (Styling, Header, Footer, etc.) is no longer visible.
Also, the wysiwyg editor is not longer showing when I add text to pages. I have to add everything via the “Text” tab.
Please help!
I have re-downloaded the latest theme and FTP’d it to my site, but I still cannot see the Enfold menu options. I am stuck :(
Thanks,

I meant the Visual Editor is not visible! Not the wysiwyg :)
Thanks!
CarlaSeptember 16, 2014 at 3:24 pm #319913Hey!
@ctavormina Can you post the link to your website please? Please once again make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is 2.9.2 – http://vimeo.com/67209750
@thomaslester Theme-check plugin is mostly for the theme developers who develop themes that will be submitted to WordPress repository. You should not worry about those warnings.Best regards,

ThomasSeptember 16, 2014 at 4:21 pm #319983Hi!
Yes, those themes are in WordPress repository. Plugin is made to prepare developer for review process of WordPress. As mentioned, you do not need to worry :)

ThomasSeptember 17, 2014 at 1:06 am #320196Hi, Thanks for the reply. The site I was having problems with is http://solutionsmoneycoachingcenter.nyxdesigngroup.com/. I reverted back to WordPress 3.9.2 and things are working again, for the most part. I am still unable to see the text when I add content to pages using the visual editor, but I have been working around it by using the “text” view. I will make sure I am on the latest version of the theme & hopefully things will work with WP 4 when I do the upgrade.
Thanks again!September 17, 2014 at 1:30 am #320199 -
