When I save the theme settings in my Enfold Child theme, it breaks the site. See link included in the Private Content. I get this quite frequently when saving and reviewing my changes. I host my website in WP Engine and they have asked me to ask for your support.

I’m not sure I understand the problem in the screenshot, could you try to explain that a bit further please? If you need further help, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardThe issue in the screenshot is the result of me saving the theme settings and it is missing images, css, html on the frontend. This happens quite frequently and it is sporadic. WP, parent theme and plugins are all updated. PHP is at 7.4 because I have been having issues with version 8.

RikardIt just happens randomly after updating theme settings and saving them. It happens on all my sites that use the Enfold theme.

Thanks for the update. We haven’t been able to reproduce this problem, and we haven’t had any other reports of this happening to other users either. The next time this happens, could you try loading the site in a private or incognito browser window to see if that helps?
