    The theme we bought appears to be non-licensed. In the Copyright section © Copyright – Force Commerce Ltd. – Enfold WordPress Theme by Kriesi (present Enfold….)

    We sell Enfold exclusively on ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi. If you have purchased it else where, sorry to inform you but, you have purchased an illegal copy. With an illegal copy, you would not receive free updates and receive support from us.

    It might be possible that your developer has purchased the theme for you. In that case, you can request purchase code to register to our support forum and Personal Token to insert in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.
