Hi,
I’ve run into some annoying problems regarding the enfold theme and the text editor in Advanced editing particular.In short terms my issues are:
When I enter a text block on a random page, the content in the text block – editor / “visual” is not presenting my visual text view correct and I can’t switch between “text” and “visual”. To add to the confusion, the text is white and can only be seen when highlighted/moused over.Also – after updating to the new WooCommerce version I can’t seem to duplicate products correctly. I can duplicate, but unfortunately I now have to activate the advanced editor. A small problem, but not one I had before the update.
Can anyone help out? :)

Thanks for your reply.
I first became aware of this issue when I logged on to the page from another computer/browser. So I didn’t have this issue on my locale browser to begin with, but approx’ a week or so after, I had it locally to. “hope this info can help you troubleshooting” :)Also I would like to add that I can’t activate the “Quick Editing” link in WooCommerce products.

Thanks for the login details, I get the same problem on my end. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I can’t reproduce the issue on my local installation though so I’m suspecting that there is a plugin conflict. Do you mind if we deactivate all plugins on your installation for debugging purposes?

I did have a plugin called woocommerce-product-tabs.php, that failed and has beed deactivated automaticly.
I know it still floats around in the system somewhere, but if its relevant, I don’t know.Also I noted, that after updating to your latest version, I lost some coding in the functions.php – is this normal?
I have reestablished that now, but do I have do this every time I update??Anyways – I hope you are able to locate the issue ;)

I deactivated all plugins but that was not the issue it seems. There are some error messages on the pages, but I’m not sure what is causing them unfortunately. Could you try to do these things please:
- Update all plugins
- Reinstall WordPress (under Dashboard->Updates)
- Overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’ve been checking the page in private since you posted your problem, and now the text block on that page is working as it should. Maybe something you did actually did work? If not then please specify exactly where the problem is occurring.

I logged on with PB and everything seem in order, so I cleared all my browser data and cleaned all cookies etc.The problem seem to have been solved! :D
