This is a continuation of this thread which was closed because the problem is still open:

    kriesi.at/support/topic/is-there-a-setting-to-make-the-footer-span-the-full-width-of-the-page

I just recreated the homepage from scratch, and I can view the page when I create it, but when I set the front page in Settings-Reading to the homepage I created everything breaks. First it shows an old version of the homepage I created and now it’s showing a broken link. Please help me fix this. When the page is not set to the front page it shows fine. When I set it to the front page it brings me to a Error 404 page. When I remove it from front page it goes back to working.

    Hi bo0ga!

Thank you for visiting the support forum.

I think the problem is the memory limit. Please increase it to at least 128M. Refer to this link how: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

We set the home as front page back: http://myquickstartup.net/sssecurity/

    Cheers!

This issue is happening again on a different website. Can you please tell me what you did to fix it? I’ve read through this article http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/ and increased the memory limit to 128 and all that did was make pages not load at all. I’ve built over 50 websites the last few years and used at least 30 different themes and this is the best theme by far EXCEPT for these bugs that happen. Please let me know how you fix it and please if you can try to fix by tomorrow? Only because I told the client the first draft would be ready by tomorrow.

I recreated all of the pages. See private content.

    Hey!

We just set the front page settings back. Go to Enfold > Theme Options > Frontpage.

    Best regards,

What? What does that have to do with anything I said?

    Another error..

    Nevermind

    Hey!

I’m not sure if you got your problems fixed or not? 128mb PHP memory might not be enough on some installation, maybe you could try a higher setting to see if that works?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
