I have read related posted – nothing matched up. I made sure I was downloading the proper file and I can upload other themes so the bit about the Zip issue is not relevant.
Current version: 6.7.2 – and you say you have that covered.
Just finding this “support” bites

If I understand your issue, you are trying to upload the theme to your site, but you get the error “The link you followed has expired.”
If you are sure that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled on your site, and you are sure that you have downloaded the installable WP version from your Theme Forest account, then please link to the zip file via DropBox or similar in the Private Content area that you are uploading to your site so we can check.
Another typical cause for this error is that your “Upload max filesize” is smaller than the theme zip file size, you can check in WordPress ▸ Tools ▸ Site Health ▸ Server the current version 7.1 is 21.3 mb
Perhaps a admin login would help us examine.Best regards,

You set this up to be the same size as the MAX file limit?Anyway – I only have a few hours left to get this done today. If you can see the problem before I can find a new theme – great. But other wise anything more is a waste of time. Return the purchase.

So there must be an error on your server or install.

I have loaded multiple templates up without issue. I don’t know why yours would not load up and I appreciate the you working on support today. But like I said early on – I have limited time and there are plenty of options that work.
I would appreciate getting reimbursed promptly, that way I can remove the dispute with my CC company.
