    Dear team,
    we bought the theme in 2017 and are very happy with it!

    Now I have discovered a problem that is probably due to an oversight on our part:
    There is the widget “Extended Layer Slider” that I would like to use. When I drag it into the content and want to edit it (i.e. create a new layer slider) I get an error message saying that I am not authorized to access the page.

    Have I perhaps neglected to make an important update and am now missing this step?
    What can I do to be able to use the feature?

    Dear Rikard,
    thank you for your answer.
    The problem is not in the frontend, but only when you want to create a layer slider in the backend.
    The plugin cannot be found in the sidebar, but it can be found in the editor. When I want to use it and create a slider, the error message appears.
    I have taken screenshots, but I cannot find a way to upload image files here.

    Did you deactivate the bundled version under Enfold->Layout Builder maybe?

    no, it is activated with default settings. Unfortunately, this is not the solution to the problem

    Hi,

    Please try to install the theme again. You can upload it as you would if it was new, then select to overwrite the current version. Note that you should backup your settings first in the theme options.

    Dear Rikard,
    Thank you for leaving the thread open.
    Unfortunately, there are also problems with reinstalling Enfold.
    When I upload the theme under “Design”, I am redirected to a page with the message
    “The link you followed has expired.
    Please try again.”
    I tried it several times.
    What could I have done wrong?

    Hi,
    It sounds like either your PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled on your server, or your PHP max upload is smaller than the theme zip file size.
    Try checking with your web host as these changes must be changed there.

    Hello Mike, latest status:
    I installed the new theme (version 6.0.6) via Plesk (server side), but unfortunately it didn’t change anything.
    What else could I do?
