    The header and footer sections appear to not be displaying correctly.
    I have tried different options including adjusting the header and footer settings and reapplying the theme however both of these sections look as if they don’t have any CSS and are displayed as ‘regular text’ with hyperlinks in bright blue.
    Please see images below for reference.

    Please advise what may be causing this and how I can correct it since it only appears on the header but the mega menu items (shown on the image below) are displaying but they too appear different than the header menu.

    I spoke to our IT office and they were able to log in from their phone without any issues.
    Whatever is blocking access does not appear to be from our end. Could you please try again maybe from a different browser or device?
    Are you receiving the same error message that Rikard received before?
    I also tried accessing it from my phone and was able to without any problem.
    Please let me know if you are still unable to access the site and any specifics as to what is preventing you from accessing the site.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, I’m able to access the site now. Could you try deleting the cache from your caching plugin and disabling it to see if that helps please? If not then please try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict from one of them.
