    Hello, after the last update (Enfold) the full slide video (Demo-HomeV9) don’t work. Have you got any solution to this problem?

    Can you please post the link to your website? Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Hi, just wanted to pick up on this, I have several websites using Enfold with the fullscreen Vimeo player.
    None of them are working anymore, only thing I see is a freeze frame after the Vimeo loader…

    I’ve noticed some other people in the forum are having the same problems:

    Hey!

    Thank you for your input. We have reported the issue to our devs and it will be looked into as soon as possible. YouTube videos are working fine on my local installation. If possible, please use YouTube videos temporarily.

    Thanks Yigit.
    Our video loops run from a Vimeo Plus account and are set to private on Vimeo so they’re not visible there.
    I don’t think that option exists on YouTube?

    Fingers crossed that the Vimeo option will work again soon!

    Hi!

    Please try to edit js > avia.js, look for the /*Vimeo Frogaloop API for videos*/ section. Replace everything with this code: https://secure-a.vimeocdn.com/js/froogaloop2.min.js

    This is just a test so we’re not sure if it will fix the issue. The video might not autoplay, try to click on it to play the video.

    What happens next? WIll this fix be embedded in the next theme update or do we have to do a manual fix on all sites from now on (and what happens with that code after a theme update in that case)? Thanks!

    Just checked it on one of the sites, it’s working.
    Could you tell me how this bug happened, everything was working fine until some days ago, don’t think I’ve updated my themes or is the theme being updated automatically? Thanks!

    maybe the theme got updated for your installation or it was just a caching issue. Glad it’s working for you now :).

    Hi, we have the same problem. In one of our websites we are using Enfold with the fullscreen Vimeo player. It´s not working anymore, only thing I see is a freeze frame after the Vimeo loader. What can we do? Thanks for your help!

    Upgrade to the newest theme version (Enfold v3.2.3.). If that does not help try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. Please open a new ticket if you still need help, as it gets too confusing otherwise in this thread.
