    Uso Enfold 4.7.6.4.
    I nuovi articoli non mostrano l’immagine in evidenza all’inizio della pagina.
    Gli articoli della demo mostrano l’immagine in evidenza come immagine di apertura dell’articolo ma quelli nuovi no.
    Inoltre se salvo(aggiorno) un articolo della demo anche quello smette di mostrare l’immagine in evidenza all’inizio dell’articolo.

    Use Enfold 4.7.6.4.
    New articles do not show the featured image at the top of the page.
    The demo articles show the featured image as the opening image of the article but the new ones do not.
    Also, if I save (update) a demo article that also stops showing the featured image at the beginning of the article.
    BUG?

    Hi spamp,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    ho capito qual è il problema ma non la soluzione.
    Se uso l’editor standard l’immagine appare, se uso il generatore di layout avanzato l’immagine non appare

    I understood what the problem is but not the solution.
    If I use the standard editor the image appears, if I use the advanced layout generator the image does not appear

    Hi spamp,

    I see, thanks for clarifying.
    That is how Advanced Layout Builder works just like other page builders, when it is enabled you will not be using a pre-defined layout but you will need to manually add what you need.
    So when you’re using the Advanced Layout Builder, you would need to use an image element and manually add the image and the featured image won’t show up, but it’s still needed when fetched from other elements.
