    Hello All,

    I have been using The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe in conjunction with Enfold for quite some time, without much problem at all.

    Unfortunately, we’ve run into a major snag. Something is preventing events from saving and publishing. I’ve spent an extensive amount of time with the plugin developers, who as of yet, haven’t found why this is happening. The have duplicated the problem and have not found what is wrong. At their suggestion, I’m reaching out for your assistance.

    What do you recommend? I’m including access to our staging server where Modern Tribe has been investigating this as well. At the moment we are at a standstill.

    Which browser are you using, and in which OS? We successfully created an event post without encountering any error. Please check the event link in the private field.

    How can we reproduce the issue?

    Hey Ismail,

    Thank you for checking this out. I think that if you go back to the site, you’ll notice that whatever event that you used as a test event does not display on the calendar or in the widgets (Unless you’ve removed it).

    We have been able to enter and “publish” events that seem to stick for a few seconds, then they disappear altogether and/or do not publish to the site. This is the problem.

    The plugin developer was able to replicate the problem and as of yet, they have not been able to find a solution (we are now 3 or 4 weeks into this). They have escalated the issue internally there, however, they have also suggested contacting you.

    Is there a way to simplify communication on this and set up some kind of direct communication between you and Modern Tribe?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We tried to adjust the Events > Settings > Display > Month view events per day from 3 to -1 to display all events in the calendar, but the new events are still not showing. We also tried to remove transients because the plugin has a Month View Cache option where it caches the month view items using transients, but it did not help.

    Have you tried disabling the other plugins temporarily? Did you add any custom snippet to the site?
