    Hi guys,

Loving all your hard work. Quick question Latest release notes states that you added an option to allow to filter upcoming events by events category. And I also found a link to configuring the widget: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/713309-Configuring-the-Event-List-Widget

    Here are my questions:
1- Do I still have to have The Events Calendar plugin installed or is it part of the theme (like the Slider plugin)?
2- Does this mean that the event plugin functionality (CSS and JS) will also be not loaded when not on the page and compressed with the rest of Enfold’s JS and CSS? (because this would be amazing)

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

    Havi

    Hey havi,

You do need to install the plugin and no, plugin’s files will not be compressed with the themes, you can use the caching plugin that will do this part for you.

Thank you, Victoria!! (little bummer – as I was planning on adding a plugin to restrict this one from loading on all pages and thought maybe this would do it for me but oh well…)

Back to work for me!! :)

    Best regards,
