After updating WordPress to 4.5, Enfold to 3.5.2 and the events calendar plugin to 4.1.2 the Google map in the single event view isn’t showing up anymore. If I switch my theme to Twentyfifteen the map shows up properly. For that reason I see the problem in the Enfold theme.

You need to change a short string in the avia.js of the Enfold theme.
