Fullwidth Easy Slider has dot links bottom of the slider. Each dot has a link #1, #2, #3….. and when I click the dot it jumps not next slider but below the slider (bottom of the page).
The arrow on the side has a link #next, and it works fine.
How do I fix the problem?
Hey Ayumi,
Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
This is the one of the sites.
Hi,
Thanks for that. You only have one slide on the page you linked to, so there is no navigation for us to test this problem. Could you create a test page where we can see this actually happening please? Also please include admin login details in private so that we can have a look at the backend as well.
Best regards,
Rikard
My client seems to delete the slides because of this problem.
I create the slider on the other site, so could you please check below?
When I click the second dot, it turns to right slide. But I click the first dot, it jumps the bottom of the page.
Hi,
Thanks for that. I see that same thing on my end, and it happens because the magazine element has the same ID as the link in the slider. If you change the ID of the magazine element to something else then the problem should go away.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
How do I change the ID of the magazine?
Thank you.
Hi,
You can do that in the element options under the Advanced->Developer Settings tab.
