    Hi there,

    I just installed enfold on http://www.urbanero.se and used the built in mailchimp form. I’ve filled in the info I can see, but I don’t receive any test mails – what do I need to do to make it work?

    Hey olofnaucler,

    Under the theme options in Enfold > Newsletter please add the mailchimp api key.

    If you have already done this and still not getting a newsletter subscription conformation email please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username
