    Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. If not, please re-update Enfold/JS folder via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

    Deactivating all active plugins changes anything.
    Actually, i already have the Enfold last version 2.9.1 and i re-update enfold/js folder via ftp but no change. ;-(
    Have you another idea?

    In that case can you please overwrite all theme files via FTP? There are still JS errors in console :/

    Have you made any changes on theme files? If you did, please create a child theme and move your modified files from parent theme to child theme. Please also see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
    If you have not made any changes on theme files, you do not need to worry, your content and options are saved on your database

    Hi!

    It depends on the kind of files that are created. If they are templates, you can add them on the child theme folder. If possible, place all modifications on the child theme’s functions.php.

    Hi!

    Yes, after you setup the child theme, re-install the parent one using a fresh copy from Themeforest. You can also use the Enfold > Import/Export buttons to transfer the parent settings to the child theme.
