Hallo Enfold-Team,
October 14, 2025 at 12:34 pm #1490197Hey Marcel,
That is not a known problem, and we haven’t had any reports from other users having the same problem. We cannot reproduce those results on our test installations either, so it’s likely a local problem on your site. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

Thanks for that. I can see the problem on my end as well, but I’m not sure what is causing it. Please try to replace the current theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account, either via FTP or by uploading it as if it was new under Appearance in the WordPress menu.

RikardOctober 14, 2025 at 5:44 pm #1490212We already tried that. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
October 15, 2025 at 9:01 am #1490239I was able to solve the issue.
The problem was caused by a missing TinyMCE core file in the WordPress directory:/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/skin.min.css
Because this file was missing, the Visual Editor in the text block could not be loaded.
The fix was simple:Dashboard → Updates → “Re-install WordPress”
After reinstalling WordPress, the missing file was restored and the Visual Editor is now working correctly again.
Thanks for the help!
