In the first part of your time (approx. :16-:36), where you have a couple of different examples of text overlays on your Color Box, Video Background, can you tell me how you achieved each of those overlays with the underpining color below the text? I know how to do text w/o the underpining/background color, but can’t figure out the rest.

The first video (approx. :16-:36) doesn’t demonstrate a color section element but a “Fullscreen Easy Slider” element. Kriesi also uses it here: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v9-videos-and-parallax/
Just add the element to your template and add a caption to each slide. The text will be displayed with a semi transparent overlay.

If you cannot, only way for you to download the theme is logging on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased the theme and going to Downloads section to download it. It is a simple process and that is what all users do.

YigitI am not sure that i understand the issue clearly. Can you elaborate?
You can request a refund from Envato Support as i mentioned in my previous posts but downloading/updating/uploading the theme process is the same for all WordPress themes so there is no theme issue here.
