    Hi

    I just starting to have text problems in some content elements

    1 – when i open an existent element or new one the default view in the text area is HTML
    where before was Visual, annoying

    2 – i star to write and editing in Visual mode ,,,, save…. but most of the time it does not save the text !
    only when i use html it saves

    Hey ProAnts!

    Which version of Enfold are you using? If it’s not the latest, 3.0.8, then be sure to update and deactivate all plugins while testing.

    Hi

    Version 3.0.4 try to update by ftp

    Download zip

    1 – deactivate all plugins
    2 – upload enfold theme folder
    3 – activated all plugins

    version remains 3.0.4

    Hey!

    Please make sure that you do not have 2 Enfold folder inside wp-content/themes folder. Also, please make sure that you are updating the theme in the correct path. If these too do not help, please post FTP credentials here privately and upload freshly downloaded enfold.zip file on your server and tell us where, so we can try to update the theme for you.

    Hey!

    Looks like you’re still using version 3.0.4. Please update the theme to 3.0.8. We can’t help you unless you have the latest version. Maybe you’re updating the wrong directory.

    Hi ProAnts!

    Your WordPress backend is extremely slow! I’ve been trying to get a page to load twice and it doesn’t get far (if loading at all). Please check your plugins because yours is the slowest backend I’ve ever come across.

    As for your initial question, (1) the text or visual screen is set depending on what screen was active when you last logged out. (2) Not able to verify due to backend not loading.

    Theme updated 3.0.8
    everything looks ok !

    But i don´t understand how i can resolve this:

    I’m unable to reproduce that on your install, make sure to refresh a few times to clear up your browser cache.
