    Hi,
    I’m using some images in place of icons, and am trying to find a way to have some text or a caption visible when hovering/mousing-over the image.

    Is this possible and if so how?

    Thanks

    Hey SuperSportsUAE,

    I’m not sure if it’s what you are looking for, but did you check out the Caption tab in the Image element?

    Best regards,

    I did look at that but I can’t seem to find a way to simply place a bunch of image elements in one line.

    If you look at the page, I have 7 icons I’d like to place in 1 line.

    I’ve tried the grid element (max 5), tables, galleries, the lot, but nothing I do will permit me to place 7 icons in a line, with the icon name/caption whatever visible on hover, and then also respond to the screen size.

    Essentially, I need them to act like icons, but to be multi-coloured like images.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Just add the “data-avia-icon-tooltip” to the image. Example:

    <img src="IMAGE URL HERE" data-avia-icon-tooltip="This is the Caption" >

    Best regards,
    Ismael
