Hi there,
I updated my WordPress manually and after that some text on the site won’t show. I can’t even figure why this is happening. Like most of the white colored text is gone.

JordanMay 21, 2016 at 9:52 pm #636258Hi Jordan,
Thanks for the reply, but I forgot to mention that I solved the issue. I had forgotten to include some css files after I manually updated the Enfold theme as well. All good for now.
Cheers.

JordanMay 22, 2016 at 12:03 am #636274Hi Jordan,
I have another issue. After my update my functions.php got changed too. I have included a fontawesome WordPress icon for my blog on the header menu, but now I can’t seem to see the icon. I added the code as suggested.
I had @Yigit help me before with this issue. Could you have a look again please?
Thanks

May 23, 2016 at 6:23 pm #637007Hi,
I checked your previous threads but could not find Fontawesome related one. Please refer to my post here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/importing-icon-from-font-awesome/#post-414749

YigitAugust 19, 2016 at 11:06 pm #674891Hi @Yigit.
Again, I come back for this problem. I have edited my functions.php a couple of times now. I’ll appreciate if you could help me with this. Here is what I was referring to earlier.

I would really like to have the WordPress icon on the header. It appears to be there but no icon is shown.
Thanks.
August 21, 2016 at 9:43 pm #675439Hi,
Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-social-icons/
If you cannot manage to add it, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.
Also, we would recommend you to use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ to be safe on the updates.Best regards,
YigitAugust 23, 2016 at 7:27 pm #676618Hi @yigit
I have already tried that and failed. The icon is not showing but the link and icon name are there. Please have a look.
