Text is getting stuck at Blue when i never asked it to be blue

There are several blocks whose text randomly turn blue instead of black.

This happens periodically while editing my website; i will view the page and then suddenly the color changes to dark blue.

This might be because the strong tag in the text block suddenly decides to apply to all the text inside the block, instead of just the words i specified. I closed the tags properly. What could it be?
