Text In The Footer Socket

How can I add a text to the footer socket but I want it centered in between the copyright and the social

Hi GitTran,

Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? You might need to add 1/3 divs in footer.php to wrap the elements to avoid any problems on smaller screens.
