Please could you take a look at http://www.fyldecarebuild.co.uk/wp-admin/
In the admin panel when you go to a page and attempt to edit a text block no formating options are viewable nor is the visual tab it is just on editor tab. I am running 2.8.1 enfold theme with child theme
I am running WordPress 3.9
Please advise
