    Hi guys

    I’ve found a wee issue with the Advanced Layout Builder. If a page is using the Advanced Layout Builder but the user has “Disable the visual editor when writing” selected, they will see the page with a whole bunch of shortcodes at the top. Scrolling down reveals the Advanced Layout Builder but it’s not a great user experience. See the screenshot here: https://pasteboard.co/I8jYkcx.png

    Steps to replicate:
    – create a page
    – select “Advanced Layout Builder”
    – add some elements
    – go to Users > Your Profile
    – select “Disable the visual editor when writing”
    – return to edit your recently created page

    Hey twitchdevelopment,

    Are you using the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options? If not then please try to use that instead.

    Hey Rikard

    We are currently using Gutenburg and would like to keep using that. The issue does go away if we switch to using the classic editor, but that isn’t really a fix so much as it is a workaround. Surely Enfold should support standard WordPress options out of the box?

    Yep, latest versions of WordPress and Enfold.

    Hi twitchdevelopment,

    Enfold does not support Gutenberg 100% yet. You can use either Avia Layout builder or Gutenberg, the mix of the two will not work.
