we are facing problem with page editing on following website novomed.com/integrativemedicine/, when we visit any page and hit edit button, the text area keep loading and nothing shows up. Kindly let us know the suitable solution. ThanksHey Willem7904,
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves? Also what version of PHP are you running?

Yes we tried to diabling all the active plugins however problem remains same, I am checking PHP version with the hosting company and will update you.Hi Willem7904,
In your WordPress Dashboard, go to LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status.
You should see the PHP version your using there.Best regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoPlease check the link in the private content section. Also now we are facing problem that our main page of website is not loading and send us to wp-admin page instead.
If you wont able to login to backend just go to novomed.com/integrativemedicine/ar and then click on dashboard from right top corner.

I apologize for the delayed response, however I see a lot of error 429 in the web console.

Fixing this or atleast trying to find out the cause would likely to mess up your site, creating a staging site (basically a duplicate of your site placed in your subdomain) would likely be needed.

As for the ddos attack, I think you can ask your webhost for help regarding this since it’s more of a security issue.Best regards,

Unfortunately we don’t do that here.
I have checked via ftp and I only see one error in the database.
