Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

I have manually updated. Than I have Imported Theme Settings File. But nothing has changed. I have the No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7) text. And the homepage text does not appear. What ist wrong?

The latest update is on Themeforest, so please go ahead download it from there and upload through an FTP file.

Version 3.4.7 is not the latest version, 3.5.4 is. Please try updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and overwrite all files manually.

At last I have updated the Import Theme Settings File.
Is it possible, that in this file are the old version text?
