Hi, I purchased the first Enfold license last month, everything works perfectly. However, after i bought the second license this month, i have issues when i add a text block, the text is transparent. I can’t see it to edit properly. Please help

I do not think that buying the second license has anything to do with the text not working.You have provided us backend details, but what is your web site URL?

What i meant was the first one worked just fine but i don’t understand why am i having problems with the second license as i’m doing in on the same computer. Website enclosed.

Looks like some Javascript errors are interfering.
Here is a screen shot.
The text editor itself is not loading properly.
Also a lot of files are missing for LayerSlider.

You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ to reset all database and after it, you`ll start fresh.

There is a file not being loaded on your installation. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that is too technical for you then you could try to simply delete the theme, and upload a fresh copy from your Themeforest account.

i’ve downloaded the wp installable files and replaced the files at the exiting enfold folder in ftp and it works! Thank you so much for the help. Appreciate it!
