    Hi there,

    Sorry to bother you with this but can’t find the answer elsewhere. Any idea why the ‘custom color’ option in the ‘text color’ tool does not actually save the custom colors we select. If you simply refresh the page the custom colors are not longer there. BTW we do have TinyMCE plugin but couldn’t find any help on this issue there either.

    Hi!

    Where does that ‘custom color’ option comes from? please note that support for third-party plugins is not something we can cover.

    Many thanks for the reply.

    Actually, the real problem is that we have a lot of pasting from Word to do. If we paste it between span tags e.g.

    <span style=”color: #294b6e;”>A. Negotiation is an important skill mainly for business leaders and politicians.</span>
    It works fine. But if there is a line break, after the line break the text does not take the color formatting. That means we have to select the text again and type in the hex code. OK for one or two, but we have lots of these.

    We’d just like to be able to copy from Word and paste into the post (where we have previously pasted some dummy content) and for that text to take on the color.

    Hi,

    Could you check if this issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated and all plugins disabled?
