Text box in Avia doesn't give me ability to change font & othr elements

I am following an Enfold “how to” course and the instructor shows how easy it is to change the size of the font in a text box on a page. I have the latest version but there is no “font family”, “font size”, “table” when I open a text box for my ‘Home’ page and it seems by looking at her screen, there are a few other elements missing as well. I have no idea what they are because I don’t have them and she doesn’t mention them.

I am totally redoing the website because I just couldn’t get it to work very well so I have loaded the same Enfold zip file on the dev site so I can switch them out, getting rid of what is online right now. btw, I don’t know CSS and would prefer not to have to tinker with that if I don’t have to. Maybe there is a version I missed? Or a patch?

I have the latest version of Enfold and the latest version of WP.

I’m also having an issue getting the color box to only take up the size of the content within. It just stays HUGE and out of proportion. I know I’ve done something here to do that but cannot figure it out.
