    My text box does not show the tiny mce editor with the default text options. It only has limited options that appear. I have turned off all plugins to see if it was a conflict but that doesn’t seem to work either.

    Thanks for the login details, though I can see plenty of options in the text editor. Could you post a screenshot of the problem please? You can upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and then link to it here.

    I’ll some screenshots to the private content area for you to see. In the first shot you can see where I have no text format options. But in the 2nd one in a separate site and install I have all the needed options.

    Hi,

    The first options looks like you are using the text tab, did you try switching to Visual? This is what I’m seeing when I edit a text block on your site, see private.

    Hi, well that’s the issue. The visual editor is not there for some reason in the 1st image I sent? How do I fix this.

    The visual editor is visible on a test page ( see private field ). Please test it on another computer or network.

    Hi,

    Those options are probably added by a plugin. Please switch to a default theme then check the default editor. You won’t see those options there.
