    Hi,

Sometimes, on some pages of my website, the colours stop working correctly.

For example, on the attached page, the videos are in a black section but they are displayed in white. Also, in the ‘Prices’ section, the icons are very small and black, but they should be white and bigger. Also, the prices are in black, but they should be white.

This is a very annoying bug because if I try to modify other content blocks that work fine, they start to malfunction and don’t show the correct colours. Then the problem gets bigger and bigger. In fact, the prices started to look wrong after I updated the rates.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey keep12,

How can we reproduce the problem you are having?

    Best regards,

I am using enfold’s advanced editor and when I select the colour or size for certain text or coloured sections, they do not display correctly on the page. I am attaching screenshots. Please, how can I make them work correctly?

    Thanks.

    Hi keep12,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience I was unable to login are you blocking IPs from outside your country?
On the page you first linked to I didn’t see an issue with the videos, but I did see that your prices icons were small and black so I was going to investigate it.
Please see the error I got in the screenshot in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, I see that when I am login in the icons are the correct size and white because all of the css files are loading, but when I’m logged out all of the css files are not loading and I don’t see and error message. I see that you are using Cloudflare and WP Rocket so I think one of these is the cause.
Please try disabling these and clearing your Cloudflare cache online, it may take a few hours for this to stop serving the cache with the missing files then your site should work correctly.
I don’t know all of the options and settings with Cloudflare but typically logged in users are not shown the cache so this explains why when we are logged in the icons show correctly and is why I believe Cloudflare or WP Rocket is showing a cache with missing files.
If you know of a setting in Cloudflare or WP Rocket that would account for the difference between the logged in and out view then try adjusting those settings first otherwise disable an clear both for a clean start.

    Best regards,
    Mike
