Found earlier issue with it but no child theme, new domain and website. Have tried deleting theme and reinstalling, deleted most plug ins. I’ve used Enfold on other sites. Had Host Gator upgrade to latest PHP version due to a previous fatal error.
Enabled and disabled Visual editor.
Will have to use another theme if no resolution soon.
Hey Lorra,

Hi,
Thanks for the login details, though I’m not sure I understand the problem. What exactly is wrong with the Text Block element and how can we reproduce it?
Best regards,
Rikard
When I go to edit my Home page and add a text box then go to edit it then when I type I see no text, I don’t see the default text that shows up in the body and the usual tool bar isn’t there. If I disable Visual Editor I get the default WordPress editor.
So add a text box to a page and open it up to edit it. I’ve tried on Chrome and Safari.
Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I see the same thing on my end. The text is actually there, but it’s white so it’s a bit hard to edit it.
You are getting a 403 forbidden error on the wp-tinymce.php WordPress file located in the wp-includes folder. Could you check if the file in question has the correct permissions? Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that if you don’t know how to check it yourself.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi jillsross,
Please open a new thread, helping more than one customer in the same thread can get messy and confusing unfortunately.
