The Text Block element is not working on one of my pages. All Updates are done.
The other Elements work. Plugins do not seem to be the problem.
Could you please take a look at it in the backend. I can not work anymore on that page.
Thanks Simon

December 22, 2016 at 5:49 am #727387Hi,
Thanks, I got in now. On what page are you having your problem?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 22, 2016 at 10:24 am #727468The problem appears on every page or post where i want to add a text block element.
December 23, 2016 at 6:31 am #727822Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. I created a test page (URL in private) and it’s behaving as expected. Could you point out a specific page where we can see the error please?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 23, 2016 at 10:54 am #727869Ok, i now tested in Chrome and there it works.
But on Firefox (Vers. 50.1.0 on my Laptop) and on two other Laptops on Firefox it does not work.
I do not have this problem with other enfold installations with Firefox.
So this problem only occurs on this website and only with firefox. It worked as normal a few days ago and i did not install any new plugins.
The Problem is that i can not write anything in the text element editor. There is just a white page. Not in the visual nor i the text field.
Any idea what causes this and or what to do?

December 23, 2016 at 11:42 am #727880Hi!
You are currently using an older version of the theme (3.8). Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

December 23, 2016 at 2:31 pm #727940Hi!
It was cache related. I re-activated Total Cache plugin and flushed cache and it works fine for me now. Please flush browser cache and review your website
Regards,
YigitDecember 23, 2016 at 5:11 pm #727994I am sorry but this does not work on my end. ( Tried on different laptops.)
When i logged in, the total cache was deactivated.I then did what you wrote without success. Could you please try again and let the total cache plugin activated.SO i just have to flush browser cache.
Thanks
December 23, 2016 at 5:28 pm #727999Hey!
Total cache activated and still does load fine on my end. It does on Rikard’s end as well therefore this is definitely a caching related issue.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Also, please try logging in with the logins you provided for us and check if that makes a difference on your end.Regards,
YigitDecember 23, 2016 at 6:04 pm #728013It does not work for me. I flushed x times.
Sure you tested with Firefox? The screenshot you posted looks like Chrome.
The problem only occurs on Firefox.
