Hello,
I have worked with Yigit in the past on a different client’s website (under username donnellydesign) using this template and was so happy with the theme and the support he gave me, that I bought the theme for my own use.1. I am having some issues with the Text Block (in both visual and text modes). I am unable to get line breaks appear. I will type out my headers and apply say Header style 4 and then type my paragraph text, but the line breaks won’t appear between headers and paragraph text. Is this supposed to function this way? No matter how many times I add a forced break, it deletes them, in both the visual and the text editor.
2. When I’m using drop caps, and there is not at least 2 lines they are crashing into one another vertically. Even when I try to force breaks between the lines. When I add a ” ” in the text editor it will creak the breaks I need when it saves, but then when I go in to edit the copy again it will remove that code and the break.
3. Is there a way to center the drop cap and have it on it’s own line??
4. When I “bold” the paragraph style copying the text editor, it turns into a bold theme color (i.e. pink for me since I’ve set the theme’s hyperlink color to pink) rather than a bolder version of the grey/black normal text color – Is that supposed to happen? or is this a setting I have somewhere that I can change?
I’m happy to provide a login privately as the site is not up yet so that this will make way more sense :)
Thank you in advance.
kacieNovember 25, 2013 at 5:11 am #192768Hey Kacie!
It is truthfully great to hear that! :)
1 & 2) I am not sure if i understood it clearly. Can you please post a screenshot showing the issues and link to your website?
3) Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab.av_dropcap1 { width: 100%; text-align: center; }
4)
.main_color strong, .alternate_color strong { color: inherit; }
Cheers!
YigitDecember 5, 2013 at 4:57 am #196487I am having the exact same problem. The text block allows no line breaks and it is reducing the amount of flexibility that I need with this theme. Empty paragraph tags disappear. Using break tags are not reflected. Etc.

@brianemwd Can you post a screenshot and show how it looks and how you want it to look?Cheers!
YigitDecember 5, 2013 at 5:27 am #196500I am not looking for hacks like using an invisible hr tag. You can should be able to set it yourself. Add some empty paragraph tags and they will disappear. So will <br> tags.

1&2) I guess you have figured out these ones? If not, please post a screenshot as well, i could not see an issue
3) The code i posted was for dropcap 1 and you were using dropcaps 2, so i customized it and added to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options and it is working fine. Please check it
4) Please flush browser cache and review your website. It does work fine on my end. If you do not mind me posting screenshots from your website, i canBest regards,
