Having a very frustrating issue.
As you use the text editor and your text starts moving down the page, the whole edit menu at the top disappears up, as you scroll down.
Means that if you want to use bullet points, forma-ting etc, you cannot get to the options, and if you slide up on the right slide- bar to access a format icon, when you select it, it puts the formatting in the wrong place.
Makes the editor almost un-usable.
Anyone had thr same?
What can we do.
Version is always up-to-date. (2.3)

You may be experiencing that issue because you are using an old version of Enfold.
Please update Enfold to the latest version which is actually version 3.3.2 and not version 2.3.

Today I went to Themeforest and downloaded 3.3.1
Installed it and still have the same issue?

You should be able to update with the “Theme Update” section in your Theme options.

Alternatively, you can follow the instructions outlined in this video.
If you are still unable to update and/or still experiencing the same issue, please provide us with temporary access to your website, so we can take a closer look.

Description say 3.3.2 but actual download has version number of 3.3.1 according to version.txt fileAs stated above, our dashboard shows

Please download the file from ThemeForest and try updating the theme manually via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Also, please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps.Regards,

I created a test page here:http://www.jnjphotography.com.au/testing-kriesi/ and I’m not experiencing the text block issue you mentioned.
Please try clearing your web cache.

In Pic , as you scroll down the text, the top format menu has disappeared.I updated manually via FTP yesterday.
I’ll download and compare zip files and if different will manually install.I will start turning off some plugins and see how we go.

Could you try recreating the item in question to see if that helps? Also make sure to close any html tags properly, if not they can break the editor:

In the 2nd Pic , as you scroll down the text, the edit or menu disappears up the screen>So essentially the editor menu scrolls up as you go down the screen with text.
This makes it rather difficult to put editor commands into your document, as you have to scroll all the way to the top for every command.

From what i understand you would like to make editor fixed at the top when you have a long text and have to scroll down. Currently it is not possible and what you are experiencing is the normal behaviour. Please excuse us for the misunderstanding.

NikkoI have updated to the latest version and it still isn’t working like that for me. I only get one scroll bar (no internal one in the actual text area) and the text editor toolbar still disappears when I scroll down.
