Text block height

Hey,

I`m trying to set a text block with background color (placed in a color section) as a full width heading with minimal hight (you can see in the site- the grey background text: <a href=”http://www.advisory.org.il “>http://www.advisory.org.il </a>).

I`m trying to shrink the height of the color section and the text block elements to be as close as possible to the text, without padding.

Is there any way to set the padding in the color section and text block to do so? (the no padding selection in the color section options in not effctive).
