Hello!
I have two subpages where I need to apply Taxonomy filter, but it isn’t working for me. After I click the search button the content still stays the same and none of the filtering parameters are applied to the content.
Could you please guide me in resolving the issue?
Hey treydog999,
Which are the pages with the filter? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
Victoria
If you please also take a look at the mobile menu, which is also not working.
Hi treydog999,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Where are you adding the taxonomy filter?
Best regards,
Victoria
What about the hamburger menu on mobile platforms?
I deactivated and activated all the plug-ins, nothing happened. The filter is still not working! Any solution?
Hi treydog999,
Where are you adding or using the taxonomy filter? Which version of php are you running?
Best regards,
Victoria
Hello!
I don’t quite understand your question: what do you mean by where I add the taxonomy filter? Have you checked the website? It’s under the reports and research sections.
We use the latest version of PHP, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
I have provided you the user name and password, could you please take the time and check what is going on with the filter as well as with the hamburger menu on mobile devices?
Best,
Alexander
Hi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
Basilis
