Hi – Site is http://www.karenchaston.com and this was one of the first sites I used Enfold on. Since then I use it on almost all my sites.
The home page went down a few weeks ago. The sections were still there, as were the text boxes however the elements were missing – portfolio and post grid were invisible and the testimonials. Likewise the scrolling title header doesn’t move.
I went through the normal troubleshooting – disabled plugins, updated WordPress, removed any extra code. As mentioned its an old version of Enfold, so manually updated it from a recent download to the latest version.
I know it will be something staring me in the face but I can’t find the issue. https://karenchaston.com/ is the rebuilt page. https://karenchaston.com/home/ is the page that went down.
Hey,
Thanks for contacting us!
I see two warning on the top of your website. One seems to be related to Before and After plugin and the other one seems to be related to your server settings.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and tell them that you are seeing following message on your site
Warning: preg_match(): Allocation of JIT memory failed, PCRE JIT will be disabled. This is likely caused by security restrictions. Either grant PHP permission to allocate executable memory, or set pcre.jit=0 in /home/customer/www/YOURDOMAIN.com/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 43
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi – Those warnings werent there a couple of days ago when I posted this. I went on and updated all plugins again and those errors have gone. ANy other ideas?
Hi,
Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression and save theme options and check if that helps.
