You can download the file and unzip enfold.zip file and check style.css file for the version.

you are using W3 Total Cache plugin. Go into its settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh your site a few times.

the installation might be corrupt and in this case you would need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
